Poetry Food is a Portuguese wedding cake design brand founded by Francisca Moreira, driven by a strong sense of aesthetics and a belief that a wedding cake should be as memorable to look at as it is to taste.
Specialising in bespoke wedding cakes, Poetry Food creates one-of-a-kind pieces where design and flavour are given equal importance. Every cake is developed from scratch, drawing inspiration from contemporary sculpture, architecture, organic forms, textures and nature.
Based in Northern Portugal, Francisca works with couples throughout the country, including those planning destination weddings and sophisticated celebrations.
With a limited number of weddings accepted each year, every project receives the time, creativity and attention it deserves, from the initial concept to the final cake.
